Welcome to Juno. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Contains explicit adult content or nudity
• Includes spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity
• Violates the privacy of others

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Collect user information without consent
• Engage in any form of harassment or abuse
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

The Juno app, including its design, features, graphics, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the app are our property or the property of third parties.

7. Privacy

Your use of Juno is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the app, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Camera and Media Access

Juno requires access to your device's camera, microphone, and photo library to enable content creation features. This access is used solely for the purpose of creating and sharing videos and photos. We do not access these features without your explicit action to create content.

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any content posted by users.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, if any.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app.

Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and content.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
